Uktena

Note: This is Elevation Disc Golf's first run in Bendy plastic. The stamp was applied using the same pad-printing process used for their rubber discs, and as a result, it may rub off more easily than intended. Future runs will feature an improved stamping process to better preserve the artwork.

Uktena is inspired by a powerful creature from Cherokee legend, known for its cunning, strength, and striking appearance. With a serpent-like body, wings, antlers, and a crystal embedded in its head, Uktena is said to glide through the sky and move through the forest with purpose. Cherokee stories tell that the appearance of Uktena signals major change.

For Elevation Disc Golf, the Uktena represents exactly that. As the company's first plastic disc, this distance driver marks a new chapter while delivering a controllable high-speed flight designed to carve through fairways and cover serious distance.

Bendy Plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer blend created to deliver exceptional grip, durability, and flexibility. Designed as the next step up in stiffness from ecoFIRM, it provides a familiar feel while expanding the possibilities for disc design and performance.

Developed to stay true to Elevation Disc Golf's roots of creating unique discs, Bendy Plastic combines the tacky grip of rubber with enough flexibility to help reduce harsh tree kicks and ground reactions.

The result is a highly durable material that offers excellent impact resistance, reliable performance, and a comfortable feel in the hand despite its bendable nature.
